The shooting happened at 4th street and Wilson Avenue around 11:30 last night.
Police say the man, reportedly in his twenties was grazed in the neck by the bullet.
Investigators have not said if he was armed, or what led-up to the shooting.
We're told the man is alert and talking, and is listed in stable condition at Cooper University Hospital.
