Vehicle slams into house, two Phila. officers injured
LOGAN - September 17, 2011
The accident happened around 2:00 Saturday afternoon on the 600 block of West Lindley Avenue in the Logan section of the city.
The officers were in a marked police car with lights and sirens on when they struck another vehicle.
Two civilians inside the vehicle were transported to Temple University Hospital in unknown condition.
Upon collision, the police car also struck a fence before crashing into a house near 6th Street and Lindley Avenue.
There were no injuries to anyone inside the home.
The officers were transported to Einstein Hospital, where they are listed in good condition.
They are both expected to be treated and released.
