Residents tell authorities they witnessed a car pull up shortly before 4:00 p.m. outside the Magnolia Cemetery along the 6400 block of Cottage Street.
They say a body was dumped out onto the street and then the car fled.
Neighbors notified police, who managed to use the information provided to locate the driver of the car.
Medics responded and transported the body of a 42-year-old man to Aria Hospital Frankford Division where he was pronounced dead.
Initial findings lead police to believe the death is drug related.
