Investigators said Monday that 26-year-old Brandin Kasick has been arrested in Sarasota, Fla., and charged with killing 82-year-old Althea Walbert and her daughter, 59-year-old Jeannette Walbert.
The victims were found dead inside their Alburtis home on March 11.
Investigators say Kasick had previously done work in the Walbert home for a carpet cleaning company. Authorities say Kasick had lost his job and spent about $2,500 in unaccounted-for money after the killings.
Prosecutors say DNA evidence links Kasick to the crimes and they'll seek the death penalty.
Kasick is scheduled to appear in court in Florida on Monday to start extadition. It was not clear if he had an attorney.
