NEWARK, Del. - September 27, 2011 --
Officials say a tractor struck a 6-year-old boy who in a yard at a Newark home. The boy was in serious condition after being hit Monday afternoon. He had chest injuries and possible internal injuries. He was being treated at DuPont Children's Hospital.
Paramedics, Aetna Hose, Hook and Ladder Company and Delaware State Police responded to the incident.
