The shooting occurred just after 8:00 p.m. in the 5100 block of North 15th Street.
A 34-year-old woman says she was sitting on a porch when a bullet struck her in the hip.
She was taken by private vehicle to Albert Einstein Medical Center where she is listed in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
