AG: Pa. sewer plant supervisor faked test results

GLEN MILLS, Pa. - September 28, 2011

The Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office says 43-year-old Michael Bostic failed to perform state-required environmental tests on two occasions last summer. Bostic allegedly submitted those daily results to the Department of Environmental Protection in required monthly reports.

Bostic was arraigned Tuesday on charges including tampering with public records. He was released on $25,000 unsecured bail. No phone listing could be immediately located for Bostic. Court records do not list an attorney for him.

Investigators say Bostic faked the reports while a supervisor at the Fox Valley Sewage Treatment Plant in Concord Township, Delaware County.
