Driver goes off Kelly Drive into Schuylkill River
FAIRMOUNT PARK - October 8, 2011
It happened around 7:10 a.m. off Kelly Drive, near the Strawberry Mansion Bridge.
Within minutes crews were able to rescue the male driver from the river. No word on his condition.
Police are still investigating what caused the vehicle to go into the water.
