Woman injured in Del. motorcycle crash
WILMINGTON, Del. - October 10, 2011
It happened shortly before 3:00 p.m. at Maryland Avenue and Boxwood Road in Wilmington.
Police say a vehicle was stopped at a light when the motorcycle going by did not stop, and struck the car.
The 29-year-old woman driving the bike, was taken to Christiana Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Medics at the scene reported that she was not wearing a helmet.
No word if the driver of the vehicle suffered any injuries.
