Wild deer on the loose in Atlantic City
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - October 15, 2011
Officers were again on the chase again, when the deer was reported overnight.
Police say the animal was responsible for a minor fender bender at Brighton and Arctic avenues.
The deer was even seen strolling through a courtyard at the Hilton Casino.
Around 6:00 Saturday morning, police cornered the deer and attempted to get it inside a prisoner transport van, but the animal escaped.
Atlantic City Police say they will continue their search for the elusive creature later today.
No word if this is the same animal that caused trouble for Margate residents earlier in the summer.
