Investigators charged 2nd district Officer Kevin Workman with theft and receiving stolen property.

Workman is 47 years old and a 21-year veteran of the Philadelphia police.
Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey has suspended Workman for thirty days with the intent to dismiss.
