$25,000 reward offered for Haverford bank robber

HAVERFORD, Pa. - October 18, 2011

The robbery happened at the Wells Fargo Bank at 402 W. Lancaster Avenue on Tuesday, August 9th around 12:47 p.m.

The robber is described as a black male, 6' 4" to 6'5" tall, athletic build in his mid-20s. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, grey sweatpants, sneakers, dark tinted ski mask and gloves.

He was also carrying a nickel-plated semi-automatic handgun.

Authorities say the man got away with a large amount of cash.

Wells Fargo Bank a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the man who committed this crime.
