Police were called to a report of an overturned vehicle on school property between Skyline Middle School and Heritage Elementary School in the 2900 block of Skyline Drive early Wednesday morning.
Officers found a Dodge Ram pickup truck overturned and found the truck had caused damage to the field.
Police say the incident happened sometime overnight and the driver fled the scene.
Police are now trying to determine who owns the vehicle.
