The Bucks County Courier Times reports the Middletown home built in four days in 2007 for the Kilgallon family is listed for sale for $450,000.
The four-bedroom home with white siding and black shutters has stone columns flanking the front entrance, granite countertops and a master suite with whirlpool tub.
The Courier Times report says the family originally purchased the property for $220,000.
