Del. police search for bank robbery suspect
WILMINGTON, Del. - October 24, 2011
Around 2:56 p.m. officers were dispatched to the bank located in Concord Square on the 4400 block of Concord Pike.
The suspect fled the scene on foot before police arrived and was last seen heading behind the shopping center.
He is described as a white male who wearing a green jacket, blue jeans, dark shoes and a long fake beard.
Just prior to the robbery police were investigating an attempted robbery at a bank nearby with a suspect that met a similar description.
It happened at the Wells Fargo Bank in a shopping center on Faulk and Naaman's Road.
The suspect described was seen wearing a long fake beard along with a hat.
No word if the suspect got away with any money.
