The sign says "The Obama Team picks Chester and Mayor Butler and on Nov. 8th, so should you."
However, the Pennsylvania Democratic Party says that's not true.
Chester Mayor Wendell Butler is a Republican and not endorsed by the president. They've sent a cease and desist letter.
But the mayor's office says it never implied a campaign endorsement and only meant to refer to a letter from the Small Business Administration praising Chester's economic efforts.
