The fire department was dispatched at 2:40 p.m. to the Three Little Bakers Golf Course near Fairmont Drive and Skyline Drive.
This, after a man walking his dog heard a bark coming from a caved in storm drain on the course.
The SPCA was also called to the scene.
After about an hour of digging and calling to the little guy, the chihuahua was pulled out unharmed.
He's now at the Kent County SPCA.
