Investigators say a man was shot once in the head while inside a car in the Kingsessing section of Philadelphia.
The victim was pronounced dead on the scene -- the 4900 block of Springfield Avenue.
The shooting happened around 1 o'clock Saturday morning.
Police say they received several 911 calls about the shooting.
The victim has not been identified.
Detectives have not announced any arrests, or commented about a possible motive.
