The suspects entered the store located at 2115 Cottman Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia around 4:50pm Friday afternoon and forced three employees into a back office at gun point.
The suspects removed several trays of jewelry from the front counter and a rear safe, before fleeing the store on foot after being spotted by an office duty officer.
The officer followed the suspects, who got into a green Ford that was parked behind a Sears Tire store, before losing sight of them several blocks away.
The suspects are described as black males, one around 40 years old, 5'10" to 6', with reddish beard and close cut hair. He was wearing a leather jacket. The other suspect is described as a black male between the ages of 35 to 40, 6' with close cut hair, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans and brown sunglasses with gold frames.
The car is described as a green Ford Contour with a PA partial plate ending in 2204.
