Starting Wednesday at 3 p.m., the Philadelphia Sports Clubs, and their sister clubs in other cities will open a "Don't Be a Butterball" hotline.
It's a takeoff on the Butterball hotline sponsored by Butterball turkey.
Anyone who dials 1-855-I-AM-FULL can speak to a live trainer for tips on keeping those extra calories from hanging around long after your thanksgiving meal is over.
Trainer Janelle Tapia offers one idea, "I would say - don't sit down, get up and move. 30 to 45 minutes. Go for a walk, if the weather is bad outside, do some kind of active game with the family.Anything that keeps you moving."
In addition to the free advice, anyone who calls will also get a free one-week pass to one of the sports clubs, so they can check out equipment and the classes.
The hotline will be open from 3 tomorrow afternoon until midnight Friday.
