The accident happened shortly after 9:00 p.m. along the 1500 block of Frankford Avenue.
Police say a white sedan, driven by a man in his late 40s to early 50s, collided with a bicycle.
The 31-year-old male bicyclist came to rest on the sidewalk. He was rushed by medics to Albert Einstein Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the car and his 30-year-old female passenger were rushed by medics to Temple University Hospital for treatment.
Both suffered neck and back injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
