There was a large group of Occupiers still at Philadelphia City Hall Saturday night.
Friday Mayor Michael Nutter issued the order to vacate so that the $50 million renovation of Dilworth Plaza could begin on Monday.
The Reasonable Solutions group claims to represent a majority of the occupiers.
They agreed to the new permit from the city that allows for protests from 9:00am to 7:00pm at the nearby Municipal Services Building.
But some who camped out say they will not leave.
