The crash happened around 11:45 a.m. at mile marker 31 in Cherry Hill.
State Police say the person killed was the SUV driver.
Chopper 6 HD was overhead as one other person was rescued from the SUV.
It is not yet known if any other people were involved or how this crash happened.
Traffic was getting by on the opposite shoulder.
