Sources tell Action News, Symantha Hicks is accused of giving alcohol to the cadets Saturday night.
The same source says she may have engaged in sexual acts with one of them.
Hicks had no comment at her home in Horsham Wednesday night.
The Radnor Police Department is investigating.
