Police shoot suspect after traffic stop

NORTH PHILADELPHIA - December 9, 2011 It happened just after 9:00 pm at 16th and Dauphin Streets.

Police say two men fled from a car after being stopped, and one of the men was shot by officers after a foot chase.

He is being treated at Temple Hospital. The other suspect is in custody.
