The actress was at a private residence in the north shore area of Hawaii early Sunday when police say she filed a car break-in report, claiming a bag was stolen out of a rental. Police recovered the bag nearby, but the contents remain missing. That could be the least of her worries Wednesday when she'll have to report to a Los Angeles court for a progress report hearing.
