Pedestrian critically injured in Kensington crash
KENSINGTON - December 14, 2011
It happened at A Street and Allegheny Avenue Tuesday night.
Philadelphia Police say the driver kept going, until he hit a parked car and flipped over.
The driver stayed at the scene of the crash.
He suffered minor injuries.
Police are trying to determine if he was impaired at the time of the wrecks.
The pedestrian was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries.
