Gasoline truck spills 800 gallons in Jamison

JAMISON, Pa. - December 23, 2011

The rig leaked between 500-to-800 gallons of gasoline.

The fuel spread across a gas station at 2140 York Road and vapors caused hazmat officials to evacuate the neighboring Jamison Pour House restaurant.

Authorities say a customer drove into the hose as the tanker was delivering fuel to the underground storage tank.

York Road has been closed since 7:10pm.
