Dwight Morgan of Newark is charged with rape, possession of child pornography and other offenses. He is being held on $347,000 cash bail.
Officers say last month they investigated a reported rape at Morgan's home.
Police then say they learned that there were multiple incidents that occurred over the past four months while at the suspect's home.
Police say a search of Morgan's home led to the seizure of computers that allegedly contained evidence linking Morgan to the crimes.
Dwight Morgan was charged with rape in the first degree, rape in the fourth degree, sexual exploitation of a child, sexual abuse of a child by a person of trust in the first degree (two counts), sexual solicitation of a child, unlawful sexual contact in the second degree (three counts) and possession of child pornography (six counts).
He was arraigned and committed to the Howard Young Correctional Institute after failing to post $347,000 cash bail.
