A Delaware County school is set to march on the state capitol for school funding.

Chester Community Charter School (CCCS), the largest K-8 charter school in Pennsylvania, accompanied by parents of its students, and community members, will demonstrate and deliver signed petitions to Harrisburg.

They are marching to ensure the school receives the funding needed for its students

The school filed a lawsuit in December against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in that regard, in the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.

More than 100 Chester residents and concerned CCCS parents are attending.
