Shot twice, victim stumbles for help in Hunting Park

A man is recovering after being shot twice in the Hunting Park section of Philadelphia on Thursday night.

The shooting happened around 11:15 p.m. at the intersection of 6th and Pike streets.

Police say a 28-year-old man was shot twice in the back but managed to stumble to a nearby store.

Employees of that store called 911 and the victim was rushed to the hospital. He was last reported to be in stable condition.

So far, there is no word on a suspect or motive in this case.
