Police discovered 24-year-old Manuel Gonzalez in an attic on the 300 block of Hall Street in Allentown on Monday. He was taken into custody and charged in the death of Devon G. Robinson.
The arrest stems from an incident that occurred at approximately 2:06 a.m. on October 22, 2011, when a fight outside the A-Plus mini-market at 12th and Hamilton streets erupting in gunfire.
When police arrived they found Devon G. Robinson, of 148 N. 12th Street in Allentown, lying on the ground having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Lehigh Valley Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
After interviewing numerous witnesses, investigators targeted their investigation on Manuel Gonzalez as the triggerman.
