That's because someone stole Juama Smith's $5,000 wheelchair from outside his cousin's house.
It happened on the 1600 block of South Wilton Street.
His family says his chair was always parked there and it's never been touched.
To add insult to injury, Smith's cousin's car was also broken into.
The Penn State senior's textbooks, papers, and electronics were stolen.
