The incident occurred at around 10:45 p.m. on the 500 block of East 10th Street.
Police arrived on scene to find a man, 28 year-old William Grimes, alone at the home.
Grimes became combative as the officers approached the house, and was placed under arrest on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Resisting a Police Officer.
Police say that an investigation inside of the house revealed a large amount of marijuana plants, as well as information that linked the drug manufacturing to 43 year-old east side city resident, Brian K. Lafate.
An arrest warrant was placed on file for Lafate for the charges of Aggravated Drug Dealing Tier One and Maintaining a Drug Property.
