Officers say someone discovered a man's body in the middle of the road, near Sweetbriar Lane and Cedar Grove Drive around 6:00 Saturday morning.
Investigators say the victim - identified as 26-year-old Montague White - was found shot multiple times in his chest and hip.
Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
Police say the motive for the shooting was an argument but no further information has been released.
