The fire broke out shortly after 1:00 Sunday morning on the 2500 block of West Harold Street.
Firefighters received word that two people were trapped inside. They quickly went to work but were slowed down by security bars on the windows of the home.
The men - both in their 40s - jumped from second floor to escape the blaze. They were taken to Temple University Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
No word what sparked the blaze.
