Officers were called at 5:48 p.m. to the 100 block of E 30th Street for the report of shots fired.
It was learned that an apparent altercation resulted in two people, a white male and a black male, being shot. Both victims were taken to Wilmington Hospital by private vehicle and are listed in stable condition.
Investigators are still trying to determine the cause for the altercation.
