The incident happened at 1:30 p.m. at Paoli Hospital.
The West Chester Fire Department was at the hospital in a fire truck and got stuck.
Chopper 6 over the scene showed the rear wheel went through the concrete on the top level of the parking garage.
The concrete damaged a car on a lower level.
A crane rolled in to hoist the truck out.
No injuries were reported.
