$50-75K of equipment stolen from Philadelphia Soccer Club

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA - July 17, 2012

Monday night police looked for clues at the Northeast Philadelphia facility. The robbers' latest break-in cost the club $50,000 to $75,000 in equipment and frozen food.

The thieves have now stolen just about everything the club owned.

We asked past club president and current coach George Malinowski how he felt, to which he replied, "Violated - big time. All the time and effort we put in, it's unbelievable. I've spent 25 years here and I just can't believe the way things are this day and age."

Three years ago crooks grabbed the club's aluminum goal posts. They were worth about $5,000.

More than 1,500 girls and boys play soccer for the club.
