Hopewell Township police charged the 14-year-olds with burglary and criminal mischief.
Police responding to a fire alarm at the Bear Tavern School on Sunday night say they found paint thrown on the floor, walls and cafeteria stage.
They also say the office, gymnasium, library and several classrooms were damaged.
The boys' names were not released because of their age.
