A.G. Linda Kelly said the suspect is 31-year-old Jonathan Bell of Colleen Court in Wyomissing, Pa.
Bell is a swimming coach for Governor Mifflin High School and a teacher in the Exeter School District, Kelly said.
According to the criminal complaint, Bell had sex with a student from December 2011 to June 2012, starting when she was 17 years old.
The charges state that Bell allegedly solicited the girl for nude photographs, performed a sexually graphic act for her on video and had at least one sexual encounter with her on school property.
Bell is charged with two counts of unlawful contact with a minor, one count of corruption of minors and one count of criminal solicitation.
Bell was arrested on Tuesday and ordered to be held on $200,000 bail.
