For $350, Marisa will come to your house with all the supplies needed for a batch of seasonal and local jam or pickles. You can do it in groups as large as 6 or 7 or you can take larger classes with her.

Classes are $50 and run 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. You take home one jar of the product made in class that day, along with a print-out of the recipe.

Classes are held at St. Michaels Church, 2139 East Cumberland Street. Enter at the blue door on the Trenton Avenue side of the building.
October 13th from 12 noon – 2 pm Pear Vanilla Jam
November 10th noon – 2 pm Apple Cranberry
August 18 from 10am-2pm: Tomato canning workshop at Blooming Glen Farm in Perkasie, PA. September 27 from 6:30-9:30pm: Class at Cooking Spotlight in Phoenixville. Pear Vanilla Jam, Cucumber Dill Pickles and Applesauce.
