Police say at 10:43 a.m. Wednesday, a man entered the TD Bank located at 4020 City Avenue and handed the teller a black bag demanding money while stating "this is a stick up".
After taking an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect fled toward Presidential Boulevard through the parking lot.
The suspect is described as a black male, mid to late 30s, 5'7, with a beard. He was wearing a gray hat, sunglasses, blue jeans, and a gray shirt.
Anyone with a tip is asked to call 215-686-TIPS. Those who see the man should call 911.
