The attack happened at 1:30 a.m. on Thursday in a baseball field at 4900 Ditman Street.
The two men being sought by police were caught on surveillance video, which was released by police.
Police say the woman was approached from behind by two unknown men.
When she turned around, one of the men grabbed her by the neck and choked her into unconsciousness, police said.
When she awoke, police said, the woman noticed that her money was missing and she had been sexually assaulted.
Police had only a vague description of the suspects.
