State Police are investigating a serious accident in Burlington County, N.J. Friday that has left one person dead.
The accident happened on Route 206 near Hawkins Road in Tabernacle around 12:30 a.m. and involved at least three vehicles. Police say two people were transported to Burlington County Memorial Hospital with serious injuries. One of the injured was pronounced dead at the hospital. Both northbound and southbound lanes were shut down while police investigated, but has been reopened.
