State Police arrested 40-year-old Josephi Anastasi of Milford over the weekend.
Troopers say Anastasi led them on a brief chase, then crashed. Police say he then tried to run away, but he didn't get far before being apprehended.
He's been convicted four other times for driving under the influence.
