The accident happened around 10:30 p.m. at 45th Street and Lancaster Avenue.
Police say two cars collided sending one vehicle into a parked car and another into a building.
One victim was trapped in the car and pronounced dead at the scene. The person has not been identified.
Two victims were taken to the hospital and are listed in stable condition. Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
