It happened around 1:20 Friday afternoon on Duffryn Avenue.
Police say the homeowner saw a man leaving the back of the home. An investigation revealed that the male entered the home by breaking a back window.
No word if any items were taken.
The suspect is described as a white male, in his mid to late 20s, approximately 5' 10"- 6' 0" tall, with blonde/brown hair and a slim build.
He was last seen wearing a green t-shirt and baggy black cargo pants.
The suspect escaped through a wooded area behind Duffryn Avenue and into Willistown Township and Malvern Borough.
