It happened at 5:45 a.m. near the Sunoco station in the 1800 block of Chichester Avenue in Upper Chichester.
Police say someone opened fire at a driver inside a Plymouth Voyager.
The 22-year-old male victim suffered minor injuries.
The suspect was operating a red Chevrolet possibly an SUV and was last seen exiting onto exit 1 of I-95 southbound.
