The child was spotted around 1:50 Sunday morning along 202 South at Beaver Valley Road.
A passing motorist stopped, took the child to a nearby Wawa and called police.
The child - who was not injured - was unaware of his name or address.
Police say the child's parents were located sometime Sunday morning.
No further details have been released.
